[:fr]Ce lundi 05 novembre à 10h30, nous étions invités à une réunion avec la DG HR à propos du « pilote » Junior Professionals Programme et des concours internes à venir, voici ce qu’il en est ressorti :

 

Junior Professionals Programme :

  • 385 candidats ont participé, dont 59 % de femmes,
  • Résultats : 9 Agents contractuels – 21 stagiaires – 1 fonctionnaire (qui s’est désisté); soit 14 femmes et 16 hommes, ressortissants de 15 Etats membres,
  • Age moyen : 26,8 ans.

 

Concours internes :

  • Confirmation d’une ancienneté de 36 mois pour être éligible à la date de clôture des candidatures (mi-décembre 2018).
  • Les avis de concours seront lancés vers le 15 novembre, après publication des listes de promotion,
  • Ajout de domaines supplémentaires : la recherche – coopération et développement.

Le quorum de 14.391 votes doit être atteint pour le 13 novembre à 17 heures (heure de Bruxelles) sous peine de recommencer tout le processus électoral.

Junior Professionals Programme :

  • 385 candidates participated, among whom 59 % of women (for 30 posts),
  • Results : 9 Contract Agents – 21 trainees – 1 official (who withdrew); either 14 women and 16 men, nationals of 15 Member States,
  • Average age : 26.8.

Internal competition :

  • Confirmation of a seniority of 36 months to be eligible at the closing date of applications (mid December 2018).
  • The notices of competition will be launched by November 15th, after the publication of the promotion lists.
  • Additional domains: research – cooperation and development.
